I asked a simple question.
Can Black America Survive The Future?
The response was overwhelming:
“The Answer is no.”
Not with all the intermixing going on. Eventually we will become like the Latinos a mixed race of people.
“Black Americans are doing fine.”
"Black America is completely finished. It's over, been a nice run, we even endured slavery but couldn't survive feminism and social media. R.I.P.”
We ain't going nowhere, the creator said we'll be small in number due to being cursed
We've survived everything the enemy can throw us, not to mention everything our own can throw at us, and we're still here.
The sentiment was mixed but largely pessimistic. I was honestly shocked by the thread of bitter unbelief that ran throughout the comments.
It seems like so many have just given up!
Call me a bit naive, but I’ve always believed there is a future for Black America—if we want one!
Negativity is proliferated online. Trauma sells and attracts clicks, views, and attention from most followers.
Black violence breaks the internet, but you’re hard-pressed to see Black Love garner that much attention.
Media runs off of fear and sob stories and Black America is primed for exploitation.
Many Black Americans are exasperated by Black Death, gender war dynamics, and “Pookie problems” that portray the entirety of Black America as thugs, criminals, and prostitutes.

Some also fear being totally “bred out” by mass intermixing and interracial unions.
There is a large population of Black Americans who believe we are done for, gone and never to return! But others still believe in the future, in fact, they are so busy building the community they have little time to indulge in pointless banter online.
There have always been dreamers. There have always been naysayers.
Now is no different.
Only God knows if Black America will survive in the future. I’ve long asserted that any community that embraces God's ways can be restored even if the situation is dire.
One of my favorite passages in the Wisdom Text reads,
“If my people who are called by my name will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways then I will hear from heaven I will forgive their sins and I will heal their land.
I know not everyone believes in God or identifies with the ways of Christ like me. But no one can deny that “loving your neighbor as yourself,” would make for a better world.
“Overcoming evil with good,” would solve nearly half this nation’s problems.
“Showing care for the widows and orphans” could empty out the homeless shelters.
“Remembering the poor,” would clean up our streets.
“Honoring your father and mother” could keep families intact.
“Treating your children kindly” would keep people out of therapy.
“Loving your wife and respecting your husband” may totally reverse the divorce rate.
“Loving justice and hating evil” might finally bring peace to a torn nation.
Most can agree that embracing these principles would dramatically improve society, even if you don’t believe in God.
If Black America fails to embrace the wisdom it once had and continues down a path of self-destruction, then other stronger and intact communities will likely replace it— or restore it!
1 out of 4 people worldwide are expected to be Afrikan by 2050, and many Afrikan people take the Bible at its word! Not only do they have a fervent spiritual heritage, they produce a lot of children!
The strong presence of Afrikanity could compel future Black Americans to reconnect with their Afrikan roots, or it might persuade them to continue clutching their “American” identity in hopes of separating themselves from anything Afrikan”
Either way, the issue will be forced. Only time will tell.
So—what’s the future of Black America?
